 Pennie May is a strong-willed person who is dedicated to exposing corruption and ending the waste of tax funds by some well-connected and powerful rich individuals/groups that pretty much control EBR Parish. She will not be just another "YES" member of the metro-council that now votes "YES" for just about everything on each meeting agenda. Baton Rouge needs a change in leadership, and Pennie May will be a positive part of that change!
